Customers who spend RM80 and above in a single receipt at MYDIN is entitled to get RM5 Health Lane Discount Voucher printed on MYDIN’s receipt and redeemable at any Health Lane Family Pharmacy.

Voucher Redemption Period: 15 December 2021 - 15 March 2022

Terms and Conditions of the RM5 Discount Voucher Receipt:

1. Valid with a minimum purchase of RM60 and above (exclude milk products and medications) in a single receipt.
2. Valid at all Health Lane Family Pharmacy outlets (except Kuching outlet) from 15 December 2021 - 15 March 2022.
3. Only one (1) voucher is redeemable in a single transaction. 
4. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts & vouchers.
5. Only original voucher stub is accepted. Amended, damaged, defaced or photocopied voucher will not be accepted.
6. Expired voucher will be voided and not renewable.
7. This voucher is not exchangeable with cash.
