RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Exchange, Return/Refund of products can be arranged for the following reasons:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product / products delivered is different from the product description upon ordering
  • Product delivered is short expiry (less than 6 months) or expired.
  • Missing part or item from the order.

Exchange of Products can only be for the following:

  1. Products have to be exchange with the same product.
  2. Products have to be of the same brand.
  3. Products have to be of the same quantity & volume size.

Listed below are certain conditions that are NOT applicable for exchange/return/refund:

  • Personal hygiene products (such as face mask, grooming products, eye drop etc.)
  • Does not fit (wearable items such as face mask, gloves etc)
  • Change of mind
  • Free gift or premium
  • Gluco meter test strips
  • Promotion/Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons

Order Cancellation

Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserves any right to cancel the order/s if the product is not available for any reasons. We will notify shopper if that is the case and return any payment that shopper have made. Refund will be credited into your shopper credit card or bank account depending on the period of time shopper financial institution required to arrange for the refund.

Shoppers are not allowed to cancel the order once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by courier rider. Return / refund policy

Return / Refund Policy

  • All goods sold at Health Lane Family Pharmacy Online store are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-replaceable at any of our outlets.
  • Products are shipped based on actual shipped out condition. If there is new packing, products will be randomly shipped out. We regret for any inconvenience caused.
  • Shoppers shall bear the shipping fee and responsible for the risks and condition of the product to be returned until it is received by us. We shall hold no liability for any loss or damage to the product prior to the product received by us.
  • Shoppers are advised to pack the product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the product or its box or its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 3 days upon receiving the parcel.
  • Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which shoppers had paid at the point of ordering.
  • Shoppers need to state reason of return (wrong product, damaged product, expired product, missing item in order etc).
  • We will inspect the returned product upon return by shoppers. If the return reason is approved, refund will be processed within 30 days from the approved return date.
