Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Direction :

Step 1 - Cleanse

Wet yoir RAMBUT. Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG RAMBUT darkening shampoo on your wet RAMBUT. Massage onto wet RAMBUT and KULIT KEPALA to lather for 3-5 minutes. Rinse your RAMBUT with warm water.

Step 2 - LEMBAPurize & Nourish

Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG RAMBUT darkening PERAPI on your shampooed RAMBUT. Make sure gently massage your RAMBUT and KULIT KEPALA for 2-3 minutes. (special) Rinse your RAMBUT with warm water.

3. What about BAWANG professional RAMBUT darkening dhampoo and how long I can see the result?

It is referred to the ability of absorption and the speed of RAMBUT growth.The result will come out if you keep using it. Too much white RAMBUT is relevant to lack of nutrition, blood circulation, pressure and body condition, therefore, it certainly needs a period of time to absorb nutrition course for regulation.
