Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Hair darkening shampoo

- This hair conditioner deeply nourishes hair follicles and scalp, which improves hair quality. It darkens and strengthens hair, leaving hair naturally healthy, dark and shiny.

Direction :

Step 1 - Cleanse

Wet yoir hair. Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG hair darkening shampoo on your wet hair. Massage onto wet hair and scalp to lather for 3-5 minutes. Rinse your hair with warm water.

Step 2 - Moisturize & Nourish

Apply an appropriate amount of BAWANG hair darkening conditioner on your shampooed hair. Make sure gently massage your hair and scalp for 2-3 minutes. (special) Rinse your hair with warm water.

3. What about BAWANG professional hair darkening dhampoo and how long I can see the result?

It is referred to the ability of absorption and the speed of hair growth.The result will come out if you keep using it. Too much white hair is relevant to lack of nutrition, blood circulation, pressure and body condition, therefore, it certainly needs a period of time to absorb nutrition course for regulation. Besides this, directions for use are also quite important. You need to use it for at least three times a week and massaging your scalp duing the usage. Furthermore, please use it according to of treatment, don't use shampoo of other brands. It is necessary to eat less piquant food, cigarette and alcohol, live regularly and keep a happy mood.
