Same day delivery is only available from 9.00am - 6.00pm everyday. 

All same day delivery orders are handled by GrabExpress. Changing shipping method is not available

Same Day Delivery orders are NOT entitled for any free delivery promotions unless it is stated elsewhere.

Same day delivery charges based on the Real-Time rate. Charges will be different in different period of time.

You may also reach to any of our physical outlets to place a same day delivery order with them. We recommend this for urgent orders.

Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

Usage: Always do a skin test 48 hours before using it.

•        Apply to dry, unwashed RAMBUT.

•        Using gloves, break off the tip and open the cap of the bottle and add the dye.

•        Shake the bottle vigorously to mix.

•        Start applying the color at the roots, then from the roots to the ends of the RAMBUT.

•        Extend the coloring to the ends and massage into the RAMBUT.

•        Leave the formula for 30 minutes.

•        Massage the RAMBUT thoroughly before rinsing to optimize the rinsing process.

•        Rinse the RAMBUT as clean as possible until the water runs clear.

•        Apply PERAPI after coloring and leave for two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
