Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

 The cup wash is used for cleaning your menstrual cup before insertion/after removal and as a pH-balanced intimate wash. It is perfume-free and suitable for all skin types.

 How to use
 
 For the menstrual cup
 Wash your hands and cup using a small amount of the wash and water before insertion and after removal.
 Cleaning a menstrual cup with soap is not necessary but if you’d like to, we recommend that you always use a mild, pH-balanced and perfume-free soap, seeing as regular hand soap can cause discomfort, irritation and infections.
 
 For your body
 Pour a small amount of the wash onto your hands, apply to the external parts of your vagina and rinse. Can also be used as a facial wash and overall body wash.
 
 Details
 The wash contains 75ml and is produced in Finland. 
 
 Ingredients 
 40% are of organic quality and 98% are of natural quality.
 
 Aqua (Solvent), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Coco Sulfate (Detergent), Cocami-dopropyl Betaine (Detergent), Propa-nediol (Detergent), Decyl Glucoside (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Chloride (Viscosity stabiliser), Glycerin (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Levulinate (Skin moisturiser), Sodium Anisate (Skin moisturiser), Citric Acid (pH stabiliser), Lactic Acid (pH stabiliser).
