Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Gogaz is an oral anti-flatulence medication containing Simethicone. Simethicone is used for the relief of flatulence and abdominal discomfort due to excess gastrointestinal gas in disorders such as dyspepsia. Simethicone has been also recommended for the management of bloating in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), dyspepsia and acute diarrhea.High strength of Simethicone in Gogaz makes it the most amongst others in relieving abdominal discomfort.Gogaz is formulated with silicone antifoam that reduces surface tension of bubbles causing them to collapse faster and the patient gets faster relief from gas trouble and abdominal discomfort. Small and odourless capsules of Gogaz are well accepted by patients.
