Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

BIOGAIA PROBIOTIC DROPS (5ML X 2)

BioGaia baby drops is a food supplement containing the patented lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus reuteri ®™ (L. reuteri DSM 17938) that helps the good microorganisms restore a natural balance in the gut. Because L. reuteri naturally colonizes humans it has a strong adaptation to persist and interact with humans. L. reuteri has been tested in more than 266 clinical trials and proven effective and safe for children

• Prevent colic, regurgitation and constipation.
• One dose consists of a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri.
• Tested in more than 266 clinical trials.

Ingredients:
Sunflower oil, medium chain triglyceride oil (palm kernel) and L. reuteri DSM 17938. The package includes a white desiccant device for prolongation of shelf-life. The desiccant device is approved for use in direct contact with food and should not be consumed. The product is packed in a protective atmosphere.

Directions of use: 5 drops once daily. One dose consists of a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri. Recommended dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

How to use BioGaia drops:

• Shake well for 10 seconds before each use to mix the bacteria culture with the oil.
• To dispense the drops tilt the bottle and give by spoon.
• Use 5 drops once daily.
• Do not add to hot drink or food as this may damage the live bacteria.
