Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Direction Of Use

Wet skin with lukewarm water. Massage Bluebell Cleanser into skin a gentle circular motion, then rinse off. Apply Bluebell Daily Defence Moisturiser to face and neck in the morning. For sunscreen purpose, apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours. At night after cleansing and pat dry skin, apply Bluebell Radiance Serum onto skin, allow to dry before apply Bluebell Night Moisturiser evenly to face, neck and decollete.
