Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Ingredients: Aqua/water, aloe barbadensis leaf juice*, sodium cocoyl glutamate, disodium cocoglucoside tartrate, coco glucoside, glyceryl oleate, xanthan gum, citrus dulcis (sweet orange) oil*, tocopherol, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, parfum/perfume, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Usage: As babies grow, they tend to require more thorough cleaning. Squirt some into baby's bath water or onto a wet flannel and wipe baby down, starting with his head and working downwards towards his feet.
