1) 凡购满RM100或以上，西马可享有免邮服务。
Purchase over RM100 to enjoy FREE Delivery to West Malaysia. 

凡购满RM120或以上，西东马可享有免邮服务。
Purchase over RM120 to enjoy FREE Delivery to East Malaysia. 

2) 发货过程将需要长达7个工作日的时间。
Delivery will take up to 7 working days.

3）i.) 若您选择上门自取，需要3-5工作天处理您的包裹，到时我们工作人员会再另行通知上门自取。
     ii.) 若你选择送上门口，需要5-7工作天处理您的包裹，到时留意配送员的通知。
i.) If you choose to "Self Pick-up" , it will take 3-5 working days to process your parcel, and our staff will notify you again at once ready.
ii.) If you choose to "Doorstep Delivery Service", it will take 5-7 working days to process your parcel, and you will be notified by the courier at that time.

4) 有限的免费赠品，以先到先得为原则。
Limited free gifts available and are based on a first come, first served basis.

5) "赠礼优惠 "促销活动中所列出的赠品可能会发生变化，并有可能出现。
Gifts stated in Gift with Purchase promotion are subject to change and availability.

6) 健康西药行有权保留修改任何条款和条件的权利，恕不事先通知。
Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.

退货/换货政策 Return / Exchange Policy

1.只限接受包裹损坏、产品过期、货不对版或包裹遗失才允许要求退货或换货。
Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

2.想要求退货/换货，可通过发送电子邮件到 [email protected]通知。
Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

3.想要求退货/换货，必须在签收后的3天工作日内提出。一旦退货/换货请求得到处理，我们将会发一封确认邮件。
Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

4.退货产品必须在确认后3天工作日内交给快递公司。
The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

5.请附上一张照片或视频，内容包括：健康西药行的包装+托运单+有问题的产品。
Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

6.退货产品必须处于原始购买状态，包装未开封、未使用、未标记，且没有任何毁坏。
Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

7.请不要丢弃包裹中的任何受影响的产品，全部包裹内的产品都需要被退回作为呈报用途。
Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

8.凡购买任何套餐系列产品或多件产品，必须根据订单上的数量和内容完整的退还。
Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

9.若发生缺货或其他原因不能达到退货要求，我们将会进行退款手续。
A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

预购货品 Pre-order items

1.发货过程将需要长达7至14个工作日的时间。
Delivery will take up to 7 to 14 working days.

2.若你同时购买预购商品和现货商品，预购商品将与现货商品一同发货。
Pre-order items will be sent out with other ready stock items purchased in same order.

条款和条件 Terms & Condition

1) Same Day Delivery do not entitle for any FREE Delivery promotion unless it is stated elsewhere.

当天送货不享有免邮服务除非有注明特别优惠

2) Same day delivery method only available from 9.00am - 6.00pm everyday. 

当日送货从每天早上9点开始至傍晚6点结束。

3) All same day delivery orders handle by Lalamove. No selection/Change on the delivery provider.

所有当日送货订单均由Lalamove负责。没有选择/更改送货提供商。

4) Same day delivery charges based on the Real-Time rate. Charges will be different in different period of time.

当日送货费用根据实时费率计算。不同时期收费会有所不同。

5) If the product out of stocks in the selected outlet. Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserve the right to transfer customer order to another nearby outlet without prior notice.

如果产品在所选直销店缺货。 Health Lane Family Pharmacy 有权将顾客订单转移至附近其他分店，恕不另行通知。

6) No free gifts and merchandise available for Same Day Delivery order. Customer select to proceed with same day delivery will automatically regarded as agree to this statement.

当日送达订单不提供免费赠品。客户选择当天发货将自动视为同意本条例。
