Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Protecting acne from air dust is the most effective way to sooth trouble. When pimple breaks out, use Curesys Heartleaf ACPair spot patch. It will prevent secondary infection and relieve acne without leaving scar.
Most of the other acne patches mainly use tea tree oil only. However, Curesys Heartleaf ACPair spot patch contains 4 complex ingredients. Not only Tea Tree Oil, but also 5,900ppm of Heart Leaf Extract eliminate acne quickly and Salicylic Acid and Madecassoside are added to for fast healing.
Curesys spot patch is highly adhesive. Ultra thin patch closely adheres onto any skin curves to completely cover skin trouble. Transparent patch without gloss blends in well with all skin tone unnoticeably.
Curesys spot patch is available in 2 size. For acne, use 12mm patch and for small break out, use 10mm patch to cover your blemishes.

How to use: 1. Clean and dry your skin.
