Same Day Delivery Terms & Conditions
Same day delivery is only available from **9:00 AM - 6:00 PM everyday**.
All same day delivery orders are handled by **GrabExpress**. Changing shipping method is not available.
Same Day Delivery orders are **NOT entitled for any free delivery promotions** unless it is stated elsewhere.
Same day delivery charges are based on the **Real-Time rate**. Charges will be different at different periods of time.
You may also reach out to any of our physical outlets to place a same day delivery order with them. We recommend this for urgent orders.
If the product is **out of stock in the selected outlet**, Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserves the right to transfer customer orders to another nearby outlet without prior notice.
**No free gifts and merchandise are available** for Same Day Delivery orders. Customers that select to proceed with same day delivery will automatically be regarded as having agreed to this statement.

Return / Exchange Policy
Only parcels with **damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items** are allowed for return and/or exchange.
Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected].
Return / exchange request must be made within **3 working days upon receipt of item(s)**. A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.
The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within **3 working days upon confirmation**.
Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: **Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product**.
Return Item(s) **MUST be in its original purchase condition** where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.
Kindly **do not discard any of the affected items** in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.
Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack **must be returned as a whole set**.
A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Sila **jangan buang sebarang item yang terjejas** dalam bungkusan anda kerana ia mungkin perlu dipulangkan kepada kami jika diperlukan.
