Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Quick Overview Elementz Magnesium Flakes has the highest concentration of pristine magnesium chloride (47% MgCl2) that is available. It is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in northern Europe which lies 1,600m to 2,000m underground, where it has been protected for 250 million years. Magnesium Flakes is an excellent source of magnesium and trace minerals; it is both pure and have very low sodium content. Our Magnesium Flakes is especially beneficial when used in baths or foot baths. When used transdermally, magnesium chloride is absorbed rapidly, thereby quickly boosting magnesium levels in the body. This effect not only can restore healthy levels of magnesium throughout the body, but can also provide the body with all the benefits associated with higher levels of magnesium.
According to Daniel Reid, author of The Tao of Detox, magnesium chloride is the most readily assimilated and utilized form of magnesium for metabolic purposes in the cells of the human body.
