Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Pre-order items

EZERRA CREAM (50G)

Ingredients: Stimutex-AS, Saccharide Isomerate

Usage:

• Apply Ezerra Cream 2-3 times a day on affected areas where the skin is dry, itchy or red. Lightly dab and spread the cream with your fingers. Use regularly for optimum results.
• If there are signs of bacteria getting under the skin (yellowish fluid), please see your doctor or dermatologist to address the issue.
• If your child suffers from extremely scratched skin instead, we recommend using Ezerra Plus Cream, or you may opt for Ezerra Ointment for extended nighttime usage.
• Best paired with Ezerra Extra Gentle Cleanser to clean the skin before application, and maintain with Ezerra Lotion for all-over lasting moisturisation to the skin.
