Collagen Berries Yogurt with Chia Seed

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp Organic Fields Superfood Collagen Tripeptide Powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Organic Fields Chia Seeds
  • ½ red apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp Organic Fields Jumbo Black Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Organic Fields Multi Floral Honey
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Scoop 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a bowl.
    • Mix in 1 tablespoon of Organic Fields Superfood Collagen Tripeptide Powder until well combined.
  2. Add the Chia Seeds:
    • Stir in 1 tablespoon of Organic Fields Chia Seeds.
    • For best results, leave it overnight in the fridge to allow the chia seeds to expand and absorb moisture. (Optional step for a pudding-like texture.)
  3. Top It Off:
    • Add diced red apple and sprinkle Organic Fields Jumbo Black Raisins over the yogurt.
    • Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of Organic Fields Multi Floral Honey for a natural sweet finish.
  4. Serve:
    • Enjoy immediately or keep chilled until ready to eat.
