Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Indication
Use as health supplement

Each Sachet Contains: Saccharomyces Boulardii CNCM I-1079 250mg (10 sachets x 1.15g)

Recommendation: Treatment of intestinal symptoms. specifically antibiotic associated diarrhoea (AAD), traveller's diarrhoea and acute diarrhoea

Recommended Dose
Children: 2 years and above: 1 sachet once daily
Adult: 1 or 2 sachets twice daily or as directed by doctor or pharmacist

Direction: Pour the contents of the sachet in a glass of water or sweetened beverage, mix, and drink. Do not mix with hot, iced or alcoholic drinks or food

Warnings & Precautions: Keep out of reach of children
 

Contraindication: Please consult your doctor/pharmacist before using this product. Do not take this product if you are immunocompromised (altered/weakened immune system) or have central venous catheter
