Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

FRESNOZ+ NASAL RINSE KIT REFILL 30'S

This is a refill for the Fresnoz+ Nasal Rinse Kit with bottle. Preparation contains soluble substance, sodium chloride intended to prepare the isotonic or hypertonic solution uses for rinsing the nose and sinues. The refill kit clears and purifies the nose and sinuses from the excessive secretions and residual mucus thereby limits the accumulation of factors affecting the formation of infection.

In prevention or symptomatic care of the nose or sinuses, mainly in the case of:

• Rhinosinusitis
• Catarrh of various origins
• For hygiene of the nose and sinuses

Inside the sachet: Sodium chloride

Before use please read the instructions provided in the packaging

Dosage:

• The kit is safe and can be used by children over 4 years of age
• 1 hour after rinsing, do not go outside (at temperatures below 19°C)
• 1-3 times daily or as directed by a physician
• For prophylactic use 2-3 times per week
• Rinsing should be carried out at least one hour before going to sleep.
• Each time before rinsing, check the temperature.
• For rinsing use only the bottle available in the basic Fresnoz Nasal Rinse Kit.

Precautions:

• Do not usein case of hypersensitivity to sodium chloride. DO not use the product in case of open, not healed wounds in nose, particularly dry no healed wounds after surgery. The kit should not be used in people with completely blockes nasal septum or ear infection of blockage.
• Do not use in case of problems with balance
• Do not use for nose bleeding
• After ear surgery, please consult doctor before use.
• In the case of diseases manifested by narrowing of the airways (eg, asthma, bronchitis, etc) usage of product should be consulted with your doctor.
• In case of any questions or if the symptoms persists longer than it should, please consult your doctor.

Storage Conditions:

• Do not use device after the expiration date or if the package is damaged.
• Store in the original container at room temperature 15-25°C
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
