Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Ingredients: 

• 21 types of grains & legumes – Reduce the risk of diabetes, coronary heart disease, obesity and cancer. Also, improve gastrointestinal health.
• 24 types of unique fruits and vegetables – Low in calories, high in dietary fibres, vitamins, minerals and other bioactive compounds.
• Isolated Soy Protein – Made from non-GMO de-fatted soybean flakes which supplies high quality protein that contains all essential amino acids needed for growth. It is also a good source of isoflavones that is beneficial for bone and heart health. It does not contain cholesterol and saturated fat.
• Chia Seed – It is a whole, 100% natural & organic oilseed superfood rich in Omega-3 fatty acid, dietary fibres, protein, vitamins and minerals.
• Spirulina – A blue-green algae that has been consumed for centuries for its nutritional value. It is a rich source of protein, antioxidants, vitamin B12 and minerals. It is easily digested by body and exhibits antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral properties.
• Lutein – Essential micronutrient for vision health. It acts as a protection filter for light-sensitive photoreceptor cells (cone cells). Its antioxidant properties are also beneficial for skin and brain health.

Warning:

Usage:

• Add 2 scoops of NutriCare Daylicious into 200ml of warm water.

• Can also be used to make smoothie. Add 2 scoops of NutriCare Daylicious, 150ml of water and fruits of choice into a blender. Blend and serve.
