Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

With a gentle formulation, this product has been clinically proven to work on babies (3-months and above) and children.
Dermatix® Ultra Kids is manufactured with innovative CPX technology which is a new generation film forming elastomer that offers the characteristics of excellent spreadability, quick drying, improved durability, and wash off resistance.

Directions 
Step 1 -clean the affected area with mild soap and water, then pat dry
Step 2 – place a pea sized amount at the tip of the scar and gently spread thingly over the whole affected area. A pea is sufficient to cover 6-inch scar
Step 3 -allow to dry for about 1-2 minutes. Once dry, Dermatix Ultra Kids may be used with lotion or sunscreen.
