Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

To sterilize soothers we recommend using steam, cold water sterilization, or a NUK Steriliser (dishwasher sterilization is not recommended as this can cause material damage).

The soother box can be cleaned hygienically in the microwave oven within 4 minutes. following these instructions: First, fill each side of the box with 20ml water and put it in the pacifier. Close the box and heat on 700-1000W for 4 minutes. The steam in this process prepares the pacifier hygienically. Leave the microwave closed for another 5 minutes. Empty any water remaining. Leave soothers to dry in the open box. To make the instructions more visible, there is a small instruction on the package.
