Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

**Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

Directions of use:

1) Wash hands. Follow the dosage table & select the volume to be prepared. 2) Measure cooled boiled water and pour in a clean bowl or container. 3) Scoop & level 55g of the powder (7 scoops) using the scoop in the tin or weight by grams. 4) Add the powder to the water & immediately stir until well mixed 5) After use, store the scoop inside the can. Suitable as a daily supplement for: - Type 1 and 2 diabetes - Hyperglycemia - Gestational diabetes Usage: - A supplement to complete a healthy diabetic meal plan - A sole source of nutrition - Ideal for consumption at breakfast Dosage: - As a replacement for breakfast, take 7 scoops with 210 ml of water - As a healthy snack, take 4 scoops with 150ml of water
