Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

The maca plant, also called Lepidium meyenii or “Peruvian ginseng,” is a cruciferous SAYUR related to broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and kale. Native to the high Andean plaTEHus, it has been cultivated for over 2,000 years and can survive the harsh weather of the Peruvian Andes above 4,000 meters (m) or 13,123 feet (ft).  Maca root powder is very nutritious, and is a great source of several important vitamins and minerals. Maca root is said to support energy, libido, and sexual function.  It is raw maca root that did not undergo high temperature heating process thereby preserving the maximum amount of nutrients such as enzymes and vitamin C. Generally, there are three types of maca which are yellow maca, red maca and black maca. Ours is yellow maca, and it is a non GMO product and it is safe to consume as it is food grade.
