Same day delivery is only available from 9.00am - 6.00pm everyday. 

All same day delivery orders are handled by GrabExpress. Changing shipping method is not available

Same Day Delivery orders are NOT entitled for any free delivery promotions unless it is stated elsewhere.

Same day delivery charges based on the Real-Time rate. Charges will be different in different period of time.

You may also reach to any of our physical outlets to place a same day delivery order with them. We recommend this for urgent orders.

If the product is out of stock in the selected outlet. Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserve the right to transfer customer order to another nearby outlet without prior notice.

Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
