Same Day Deliveries are NOT entitle for any free delivery promotion unless it is stated elsewhere.

Same day delivery is only available from 9.00am - 6.00pm everyday. 

All same day delivery orders handle by Lalamove & GrabExpress. Changing shipping method is not available

Same day delivery charges based on the Real-Time rate. Charges will be different in different period of time.

If the product out of stocks in the selected outlet. Health Lane Family Pharmacy reserve the right to transfer customer order to another nearby outlet without prior notice.

No free gifts and merchandise available for Same Day Delivery order. Customer select to proceed with same day delivery will automatically regarded as agree to this statement.

Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Ingredients: Aqua, Aluminum Chloride, Dipropylheptyl Carbonate, PPG–20, Methyl Glucose Ether, C15–19 Alkane, Glycerin, Polyacrylate Crosspolymer–6, Tocopherol, Sodium Hydroxide.

Wash off in the morning with soap and water. Do not re-apply as the effect will last even after a shower. Should you wish to, you can also apply a regular scented deodorant or perfume. This will not affect the efficacy.
