Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

RECONAL Fungal Nail patch is a topical treatment to care nails, which has been affected by fungus. Reconal Fungal Nail Patch provides continuous moisturizing effect, promotes improved appearance of discolored and deformed nails, gently smoothes the outer layers of the nail plates, prevents the growth of infection by changing the nails microenvironment.

RECONAL contains 3 key ingredients that produce a softening and keratolytic activity of the nail when combined

1. Urea:Provides nail dissolving effect when the solution contains more than 20% urea concentration

2.Fumaric Acid: Common additive to dermatological products contains exfoliating and hydrating properties

3.1,3-butylene Glycol:Provides humectant and keratolytic effects as well as specific antibacterial and antimycotic properties

Mechanism of Action Breaks down and soften the keratin formed on the nail's surface through a process called keratolysis This process reducec the availability of keratin making it an inhospitable environment for fungi , ultimately inhibiting their growth and survival

Directions of use

1.Peel off the protective film

2.Apply the patch to the affected area on the nail and remove the release paper

3.Cover the sides of the toe or finger firmly

4.Fold the remaining adhesive part to cover the toe/fingertip

5.Apply the patch for 608 hours , recommended to use overnightfor 3-6 months
