Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

For dry and dull hair. The Pracaxi oil, called natural silicon, and the Hydrolyzed collagen give gloss and moisture to the hair. The Plant-based Olive Surfactant helps improve the absorption of the various nutrients.

Directions of use:

After shampooing, remove excess water from the hair. Apply appropriate amount. Massage from damaged area to rest of the hair evenly. Leave in for 1 minute and rinse thoroughly.

Warnings:

① Discontinue use and consult a medical specialist immediately in case of any abnormalities or side effects on applied area such as rash, redness, swelling or itchiness while or after using or by direct sunlight.
② Do not use on areas with wound, eczema and dermatitis.
③ Precautions of storage and handling. a. Keep out of reach of children. b. Do not store in hot or cold place and keep away from direct sunlight.
④ In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately.
⑤ Please be careful to thoroughly rinse with water after use, because it may cause hair loss or discoloration.
