Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Descriptions:

The cooling water is a traditional remedy with new flavours – lychee, guava, lime, and peach (less sweet). It contains natural ingredients that relieve “heatiness” in the body. Consumption of heaty foods all cause body “heatiness” to occur.

Directions of use:

Based on 320ml bottle:

• Adults: 1 Bottle each time, 4 times daily
• Children (7 – 12 years old): 1/2 Bottle each time, 4 times daily
• Children (4-6 years old): 1/4 bottle each time, 4 times daily
