Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Description: Tiger Balm Active Muscle Rub is the ideal product for the soothing of muscle aches and pains for sporting enthusiasts. Unlike most other muscle rubs, Tiger Balm Active Muscle Rub is non-greasy, and its warm treatment acts as an effective pre-sports warm up to get you going.
Ingredients: Methyl Salicylate (oil of Wintergreen), Menthol, Camphor.
Warning: For external use only. Stop use and seek medical advice if no results after use of 7 days or more. It is dangerous to place any camphor containing product into the nostril of children. A small amount applied this way may cause immediate collapse.
Usage: Gently massage a sufficient quantity of the cream onto the affected muscle 2 to 4 times a day.
