Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Usage:

STEP 1: PROTECT - Apply Protective serum on dry and unwashed hair. STEP 2: MIX & COLOR - Pour the Coloring Crème to the Developer and shake well. Apply on hair and let it develop for 30 minutes. STEP 3: CONDITION - Rinse hair completely and apply the Conditioning Balm. Leave on for 2 minutes and rinse. Follow the instruction leaflet for full usage and safety guidance.
