Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

How to Use

1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the ZenyumSonic brush head
2. Place the ZenyumSonic in your mouth before you turn it on
3. Press the ‘+’ button to cycle through the three modes: Clean, Gentle, and White
4. Glide your ZenyumSonic over your teeth in one quadrant of your mouth and move to another quadrant every time you hear the beep (that means 30 seconds have passed!)
5. Once your ZenyumSonic automatically stops after two minutes, rinse your mouth to remove any residual toothpaste
