Same day delivery is only available from 9.00am - 6.00pm everyday. 

All same day delivery orders are handle by GrabExpress. Changing shipping method is not available

Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Your RAMBUT is rather dry. Therefore, it is not enough to only wash RAMBUT to replenish PELEMBAP. And it is recommended that use the shampoo together with PERAPI to achieve better results. 6. Why BAWANG shampoo of Chinese Herbal Extracts smells so unpleasant? They have the taste of Chinese herbal extracts just because BAWANG products is enriched with Chinese Herbal Sxtracts.
