Return / Exchange Policy

Only parcels with damaged, expired, incorrect or missing items are allowed for return and/or exchanged.

Return / exchange request can be made by sending an email to [email protected]

Return / exchange request must be made within 3 working days upon receipt of item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once your return/exchange request is processed.

The return item(s) must be handed to a courier company within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Kindly attach a photo or video which includes: Health Lane packaging + Consignment note + faulty product.

Return Item(s) MUST be in its original purchase condition where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way.

Kindly do not discard any of the affected items in your parcel as they may need to be returned to us if required.

Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

A refund will be done should we be unable to replace the product due to unavailability or other unforeseen causes.

Description: Aerofit Technology is one of Empro’s innovation towards a better tomorrow. Empro Aerofit Surgical Rainbow Mask unique technology had been registered and patented under Patented Industrial Design Application No 20-E0799-0101. As the New Norm in our daily living, wearing a mask is not only protecting yourself but also protecting others. However, long term usage of face masks can bring inconveniences such as makeup smudging and lipstick stains. Lastly, we listened to our customers and came up with Aerofit Technology to overcome these issues.
Ingredients:
• 25GSM Hydrophobix Spunbonds
• 25GSM Meltblown
• Single Core Nose Bar
• 3.5MM Flat Elastic Earloop
• 20% Spandex + 80% Draw Texturing Yarn
Usage:
• With clean hands, hold the mask by the ear loop with the nose piece on top.
• The side wide logo/folds facing downwards should be facing outside
• Place earloop behind the ears and use fingers to gently press the nose piece, securing the face mask.
• Pull the mask over the chin and adjust accordingly.
